Cain Brothers Adds Veteran Investment Banker Wyatt Ritchie to Corporate Finance Group

New York – April 5, 2010

Cain Brothers & Company, the health care investment banking firm, has announced the hiring of Wyatt R. Ritchie as a Managing Director in its Corporate Finance Group.

Mr. Ritchie joins Cain Brothers in the firm’s San Francisco office where he will focus on working with companies in the health care services industry and with private equity firms. Mr. Ritchie was most recently Head of Healthcare Services Investment Banking at Jefferies & Company. Before that he was with CIBC World Markets and Bank of America in their health care investment banking groups. Mr. Ritchie has over 20 years experience working with health care clients and private equity firms on a wide variety of transactions, including mergers & acquisitions and raising debt and equity capital. He is a graduate of St. Olaf College and earned an MBA at the University of Chicago.
